Last weekend I ran 3 miles on Saturday and 6 miles on Sunday. Target for today is to run one mile more i.e. 7 miles. Each weekend I want to add 1 mile to my longest run ... without pushing it too much.
As I'm going to be away on Sunday I'm going for my 7 mile run today. Ate porridge about an hour ago. Drank a pint of liquid. I'm about ready.
It's quite dull out but warm. I don't like warm for running as I heat up so much. Will need to take it steady.
