This is my running blog.
This year I plan to run the Great North Run and the Chester Marathon. Chester will be my first full marathon. Last year I ran two Half Marathons. I'm raising money for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.
I'll also post a bit about why I support the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

Ran my fastest 5k ever
Today I ran my fastest ever ParkRun 5k. 24 minutes and 32 seconds. Knocked 2 seconds off my previous best. I was rather surprised because I had slept so badly last night.
