This is my running blog.
This year I plan to run the Great North Run and the Chester Marathon. Chester will be my first full marathon. Last year I ran two Half Marathons. I'm raising money for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.
I'll also post a bit about why I support the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

ParkRun 5k
Didn't feel like going out at all this morning so please with a time of under 26 minutes for Banstead Wood ParkRun.
Tomorrow I need to run 11 miles but at a gentle pace. Will try and get up early so I can run while it is less hot.
