This is my running blog.
This year I plan to run the Great North Run and the Chester Marathon. Chester will be my first full marathon. Last year I ran two Half Marathons. I'm raising money for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.
I'll also post a bit about why I support the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

Had a morning run along the beach. Sun was shining. Raining too. A beautiful double rainbow.
